Delta Settlements is a medium-sized operation with staff handling 100's of real estate transactions every year (and growing!)

The combined experience of our team totals 80 years – a total of 8 staff consisting of the Licensee/Manager, Julie Lamb, accounting for thirty of those. The advantage of experience in this industry is the knowledge accumulated. We have extensive knowledge in all facets of real estate and real estate law; the handling of sub-divisions; strata-titled properties; and, naturally, plenty about settlements.

Over time, we’ve seen some interesting and varied reasons for a property not settling on time. If we can see it coming again, it’s more than likely we know what needs to happen to avert a delayed settlement.

When we’re talking about whether or not you can move house on the day you planned, our experience counts for a lot.

If there is a single quality to demand from a settlement agency, it’s the ability to communicate. At Delta Settlements, we consider it’s the most important - it’s our biggest strength.

While nobody can guarantee no hitches when you mix these diverse parties together, Delta Settlements guarantee you’ll know what’s happening.

If there’s a problem, we’ll call you. Not on settlement date when it’s too late, but as it happens.

You can call on us 24hours a day, 7 days a week. We consider no problem too small and would far rather you eased your mind about a small query than to let it become a big problem.
